Police: One Burglary and One Attempted Burglary in Last Week in Chestnut Hill
The burglaries were reported on Willow Grove Avenue and Hilltop Road.
According to , there was a burglary and an attempted burglary in Chestnut Hill over the last week.
On Sept. 23, after being away for a week, a resident of the 200 block of East Willow Grove Avenue reported that, while he was away, someone entered his home, according to police. A 19" flat screen Vizio television, valued at $179, was missing.
Police repsonded to a burglar alarm Sept. 21, 9 a.m., on the 100 block of Hilltop Road. According to police, when they arrived at the home, pry marks were found on the rear door of the house, but no intruder was found.
