Blotter: Squeeze Box Gets Stolen

The following information has been supplied by the 14th District of the Philadelphia Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

Theft … A resident of the 8100 block of Germantown Avenue reported July 3, 12 a.m., that someone with a key to her apartment removed two 19-inch televisions from her apartment, police said.

Theft … A resident of the 400 block of Rex Avenue reported July 6, 1 a.m., that her iPod and laptop were missing from her kitchen counter, near a door that was left open, police said.

Theft from auto … A man reported July 7, 3:20 a.m., that while he was parked on the 8400 block of Germantown Avenue, someone smashed the front, driver-side window to his car and about $3 in change was taken, police said.

Theft from auto … A man reported July 7, 12:15 a.m., that while he was parked on the 100 block of East Evergreen Avenue, someone smashed a front window of his car and a GPS unit was taken, police said.

Theft from auto … A man reported July 3, 8 p.m., that while he was parked on the unit block of Tohopeka Lane, someone entered his car, which may have been left unlocked, and a GPS unit and a laptop were missing, police said.

Theft from auto … A man reported July 3, 10 p.m., that while he was parked on the 100 block of West Gravers Lane, that someone entered his car and a laptop, video camera and an accordion were missing, police said.

Theft … A resident of the unit block of West Evergreen Avenue reported July 3, 10:45 a.m., that 11 plants, a bush and a patio table were taken from her porch, police said.
