Blotter: Car Stolen From Stenton
The following information has been supplied by the 14th District of the Philadelphia Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.
Burglary ... A resident of the 7900 block of Stenton Avenue reported July 17, 9 p.m., that someone entered his apartment and a laptop, wallet and other items totalling $4,800 in value were missing, police said.
Auto theft ... A man reported July 16, 9 a.m., that while parked on the 7900 block of Stenton Avenue, someone took his 2008 brown Nissan Sentra, with PA license plate number 01201PD, without his permission, police said.
Theft ... A resident of the 100 block of Hillcrest Avenue reported July 16, 7 a.m., that sometime over the last few days, someone removed $2,500 in copper pipes attached to the gutter outside of his house, police said.
