Chestnut Hill Rotary Heats Up a New Competition

The first annual Chili Cook-off will offer a variety of treats, edible and otherwise, for the whole family.

A new tradition for Chestnut Hill is heating up, as the Rotary prepares for its first annual Chili Cook-off.

On March 27, cooks from local restaurants will offer up their chili in a quest to be the best, as attendees can vote on their choice. Included among the competitors are Blue Monkey Catering, Campbell’s Place, McNally’s Tavern, Rollers, Weavers Way and more.

The cook-off will take place at the Lutheran Theological Seminary-Brossman Center, 7301 Germantown Avenue, 2-6 p.m. Along with chili-tasting, the event will provice chances to interact with other nearby businesses, like Falls Flowers, Littler Herban Spa and O’Doodles Toy Store.
