Children of America at Former Borders to be Largest in the Company

A press release called it part of an "aggressive expansion plan."

Children of America will be the at Germantown Avenue and Bethlehem Pike.

A recent press release details that the 16,089-square-foot building will be about to hold up to 234 children, and will include an indoor playground.

"The new Chestnut Hill facility is beautiful," said Jim Perretty, Vice President and COO of Children of America in the release. "We invite local families to request a tour to learn about the Children of America difference in educational childcare and daycare.”

The construction that will transform the old book store into an educational center is set to be complete by March 2012. The release called the move to Chestnut Hill part of an “aggressive expansion plan” for the company, and notes that the new location will be the largest one in the chain to date.
