Pistachios Stolen, Sold Across the Street, Police Say

A CVS managers discovers nuts stolen from his store for sale across the street.

Someone stole $69 worth of pistachios from the CVS located at 7065 Lincoln Dr., and then sold them to the Lincoln Drive Deli across the street, police said.

The manager of the CVS told police that sometime between 8 p.m. on July 25 and 2 p.m. on July 26, someone stole several bags of pistachios. 

The CVS manager realized the theft after the pistachios were seen for sale at the Lincoln Drive Deli with their CVS identification tag still showing, police said.

The manager realized the pistachios were stolen after he purchased a bag at the deli across the street for half price, police said.
