Bicycle Stolen from in Front of Nail Salon, Police Say

A woman told police her bicycle was stolen in broad daylight while she was getting her nails done on June 9.

At approximately 1:35 p.m., on June 9, a woman went inside the Millennium Nail Salon located in the 8000 block of Germantown Avenue, police said.

The woman parked her bicycle outside of the nail salon, and while her nails were being worked on, an unknown male came and took the bicycle from out in front of the salon, police said.

The male fled with the bicycle southbound on Germantown Avenue, police said.

Police valued the bicycle at $200.
