About Stacia

I grew up with an appreciation for clothing and furniture from other eras. My grandmother's sequined flapper dresses. My aunt's 78 rpm Victrola. Leaded glass windows. Mom's cocktail hats. As the years went by, I experimented with different periods, trapsing about in Victorian dresses in my teens, wearing Dad's army fatigues in my twenties and, more recently, scavaging thrift stores for 1950s styles. Along the way, I worked as a fashion designer in NYC and a freelance writer for regional and national magazines.

In my blog, I'll be sharing information about local dealers of vintage clothing and furniture, including flea markets and related trivia.
