Hey, how’s it going? My name’s Jake Speicher, and I am your new Patch editor. I’m excited to meet you, but I’m also a little nervous. The area is new to me. You see for the past two years I’ve been the editor of the Patch in West Chester. I’ve been up this way a couple of times, and I’ll be moving closer at the end of the month. But, I’m still going to need some help. A thriving Patch site doesn’t just need an editor and readers. It needs bloggers, commenters and calendar-event posters. It needs business owners, school officials and government officials. It needs you.
