Three neighborhood elementary schools are being investigated for cheating by the state, according to a Philly.com report. The state Department of Education is the primary entity involved in the investigation. In some cases, the state Office of Inspector General is involved as well. Investigators have placed schools being investigated—there are 56 total across the city—into three tiers. Tier 1 includes schools that have been charged with the most serious allegations of cheating, while Tier 2 schools allegations are slightly less severe (and so on). Here's how the Mt.
