2012 was an active year for businesses in the Northwest. We've broken down a list of 10 new businesses that have come to Chestnut Hill and Mt. Airy in the past year and the businesses we'll be looking for in 2013. Well, Gene E., personally I don't think too many parents choose to pay for their child's tattoo. Like you, I think they refrain from it and that's why a person must be 18 to get one, the age at which a child doesn't need their parents' permission.
