I saw Dr. Chollak for a long-standing problem I had with my shoulder and hip. He referred me to PT and gave me Meloxican, which I did not take. He would not order an MRI, although I requested it. I went to PT for over 2 months and got slightly better but then began to get worse again. I saw Dr Chollak again and asked for the MRI and he said to wait another month or so.Meanwhile, I am about to take a once in a lifetime trip to Peru that will involve mountain climbing, and I wanted this sorted out properly. I switched my PT to one who was highly recommended, and she noticed immediately that I had a dislocated shoulder and my left leg was longer than the right. She fixed the shoulder and gave me a heel left for the shorter leg. I feel like a new person and can do much more exercise without issue. I would not go back to this practice.
