Owned and operated by executive chef Paul Roller, Roller's at Flying Fish has been a Chestnut Hill favorite for more than 25 years. Though known for great seafood, Roller's is not your average seafood joint. The menu boasts a variety of gourmet seafood, poultry and beef entrees. We were just wandering around a stopped in one afternoon. Three entrees and 2 desserts, 2 glasses of wine: each was a great treat. We all tried each other's dishes. A macademia nut crusted brook trout, cassoulet, and a pumpkin ravioli. With taste treats like that, you can' t go wrong. We'll have to get back to work our way through the menu. The waitress was very nice and never rushed us. (As we left, we realized we had overstayed their normal serving time)
