I just came home from my first visit to Randolph's - what a wonderful experience! Everyone on the staff is courteous and helpful, and the selection of jewelry is amazing. I went in on the recommendation of some friends and I am very happy that I did.

I've been going to Randolphs for as long as I can remember, and have always been treated like I'm the only customer in the store. Besides our wedding bands and engagement ring, I've had a handful of custom pieces created over the years, and each piece turns out amazing. Randy and his staff are above the rest, their no-pressure environment makes coming back a joy! I've sent two colleagues there, both extremely happy as well!

Randolph's is one of the finest in Philadelphia! Randy is a great jewler, he has always been nothing but helpful and gracious to my husband and I. My husband got my engagement ring from him and we got our wedding bands from his store. Beautiful quality and I have sent friends and family to him over the past 13 years and everyone was please with the service and the quality.

Service is Impeccable. They do always make you feel important and are extremely friendly.

This jewlry store is simply the best and the service is excellent. They have a great repair service that is beyond reasonable and the staff always makes you feel important no matter if you are buying a diamond tennis bracelet, a silver picture frame or replcaing a watch battery.
