It is hard to express how negative our experience was without sounding overly impassioned. We went there to support a local shop when my fiance decided to purchase a tux for our wedding. They were friendly, took all of his measurements, told us they'd have it in a week. When we went back, they gave us a polyester tux, not the wool one we'd ordered. They only charged us for the cost of the cheaper tux, but when we said we'd rather pay the correct amount for the correct tux, they said "sorry, it's already been sized." He had not tried on the tux between ordering it and going in to buy it. When he tried it on at home, the shoulders fit right but it was too big in the torso so he called again to ask about having it taken in. The man said "there's not much we can do" and "how tight do you want it--do you want it painted on?" My fiance is a slender man, most things are loose on him so this is just insulting. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. I recommend you save yourself the agony of dealing with these ignoramuses. Plus, the place itself is dingy, small and unfinished. That should have warned us.
