Lasting Change in the New Year

What would you like to create in 2013?

As 2013 approaches many of us will ponder the changes we'd like to make to become the best person we can be.  Perhaps we will sense areas where we have fallen short and wonder what to do about it.

We already know that exercise and a healthy diet are good lifestyle choices.  Why then do we resist or ignore these options? Could it be we are hampered by worn out beliefs and behavior patterns that are not serving us? We are not doomed to repeat those patterns, but awareness and a desire to change are necessary to begin to transform your life.  

Awareness first of where you are and where you'd like to be. An honest assessment of where you are, and goals for where you'd like to be.  And then a search for a way to get there.  And patience during the process.  It may have taken you years to put on those extra pounds, so allow yourself time to get back on course. 

Hypnosis is a gentle, effective way to jump start the changes you'd like to make. It can give you the motivation to exercise and make better food choices in the new year.  It can help you see the possibilities and finally reach your goals.
