Yoga, A Chair & You

This yoga class has all the advantages of yoga but does not require you to get down (and up from) the floor. It is a traditional class with breathing exercises, yoga postures and meditation done either standing or sitting in straight chairs.

All ages and all levels welcome.

This class is suitable for those recovering from illness or seeking gentle movement for their bodies.
