The Urban Athletics classes are a 45 minute high-intensity blend of bodyweight exercise, speed & agility training, dumbbell & kettlebell training plus much much more.
Each class is lead by an instructor, taking you through your workout step-by-step, just like personal training without the added cost. This way you don’t have to worry about what you’re going to do that day, nor do you have to question if you’re doing something incorrectly. There is always a coach on staff to get you through each workout. Classes are offered 18 times a week.
