Kettlebell Beginner
The Kettlebell Classes are a 45 minute high-intensity blend of kettlebell exercises and bodyweight exercises. Each class covers skill work, to enhance your knowledge of kettlebell training, and then incorporates a full-body, total strength and conditioning workout.
Each class is lead by an instructor, taking you through your workout step-by-step, just like personal training without the added cost.. This way you don’t have to worry about what you’re going to do that day, nor do you have to question if you’re doing something incorrectly. There is always a coach on staff to get you through each workout. Kettlebell specific classes are offered 4 times a week. However kettlebell exercises are an intricate part of our regular programming as well. The focus of the Kettlebell Training Classes is to accomplish overall increase in muscular strength and lean muscle, perform full body movements to get more work done in less time, fat loss, and improved power endurance for sports performance.
