Forum on the New Science of Aging

We are 7 years younger than our parents were at the same age – 15 years younger than our grandparents. We are healthier, more active, more open-minded about the future.

Most people misunderstand aging.  We think our bodies are wearing out over time, and there’s nothing we can do about it. The truth is that aging is an active process of self-destruction that’s programmed into our genes.

Once we get over our indignation at this mean trick Mother Nature has played, we can take charge of our own aging process and take action to stay healthier, longer. (It won’t be through natural foods or anti-oxidant vitamins.)
