Chestnut Hill Health and Senior Resource Fair

Come to an important, informative event with screenings and information by Chestnut Hill Hospital professionals, including foot screenings, stroke screenings, breast cancer risk analysis, blood sugar, physical therapy, sleep care, wound care, vein center, smoking cessation, “Ask the Doc,” and more. There will also be representatives from a multitude of resources for seniors in the area, available to give you information or answer your questions. Refreshments will be served.
