Chestnut Hill College to Host Writer's Forum

Chestnut Hill College will host a Writer’s Forum on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 4:30-6 p.m. in the Redmond Room, St. Joseph Hall. The event, sponsored by the Department of English and Communications, will allow students and budding writers the opportunity to learn about different types of creative writing through a question and answer session with four local authors. The participating authors, who have all published novels, short stories, and poems will read short excerpts of their work. Participating authors include Susan Magee, assistant professor of communications at Chestnut Hill College, Justin Kramon, Nick Gregorio, and John Ebersole, adjunct professor at Chestnut Hill. For more information, contact Karen Getzen, Ph.D., assistant professor & coordinator of creative writing minor at 215.753.3654 or GetzenKJ@chc.edu.
