Philly.com, recently published a top 10 list of the best neighborhoods to invest in in Philadelphia, and West Mt. Airy made the cut.
Philly.com used dated from the real estate website Trulia.com to rank the top 10 most searched for neighborhoods in the city.
According to Philly.com, West Mt. Airy earned the number eight spot on the list with an average sale price $336,522 from Nov. 2012 to Jan. 2013.
