Mayor Nutter Updates Curfew Law for Minors

The legislation was signed Monday.

According to the City of Philadelphia's Wordpress account, Mayor Michael Nutter signed a law Monday that would enforce stricter curfews on minors in Philadelphia.

The law would require children aged 13 and under to adhere to an 8 p.m. curfew during the school year, which would be extended to 9 p.m. in the summer. FOr those ages 14 and 15, the curfews would be 9 and 10 p.m., and for 16- and 17-year-olds, the curfew is 10 and 11 p.m.
