Inquirer: It's Unclear Where Radioactive Iodine in Water is Coming From

The state Department of Environmental Protection hopes to sample the water in the next few weeks, the paper says.

t's unclear where the  in East Falls is coming from, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The Inquirer article says the state Department of Environmental Protection will soon begin testing the water in an attempt to see where the iodine might be coming from, but there are no guarantees it will be able to find an answer. The Philadelphia Water Department wants to do its own testing as well.
