Politics is a puzzling part of every American's life. If, according to the redistricting caused by the 2010 Census, there are only 3 Districts in Philadelphia (1,2 & 13), which will be used for the 2012 Elections and officially confirmed Jan 1, 2013, what District is Cindy Bass representing? And by the way, how many other people like myself were not included in the 2010 Census? For example, there are five tenants in my apartment building and none of us filled out a Census form nor were contacted by a Census taker. So how can you redistrict if you really don't have a finger on the pulse of many people are in a given Ward and/or Division?

Crime has been rampant in these "certain neighborhoods for decades. Elected officals and police have been meeting with the community for as long as anyone can remember...with no real results. This is just political posturing and off season campaiging. Why contine doing the same thing...expecting different results? Einstein called it insanity.
