AVI: Property Values Coming in February

The city is expected to start telling residents what their property is worth in less than a month.

The next important date in the city’s Actual Value Initiative is less than a month away.

Philly.com is reporting that the city plans to start mailing notices to property owners regarding the value of their land under the AVI tax adjustment on Feb 15.

City council members are expected to receive this information in the next eight days.
