The Chestnut Hill Community Association is set to talk about AVI.

The Chestnut Hill Community Association has picked the date for its AVI panel.

The talk, which aims to teach residents about the potential impact of the city's Actual Value Initiative, is set for November 14.

According to the CHCA, the panel will hopefully include city council members David Oh, Cindy Bass and Bill Greene, as well as private citizens familiar with property values and re-evaluations.
