The following are items up for discussion at upcoming meetings of the Chestnut Hill Community Association and its committees. All meetings are open to the public.

Thursday, June 28, 7:30 p.m.: CHCA Board of Directors Meeting

  • Community Initiative: presentation by Friends of Jenks, Haviva Goldman, President
  • Action Items:
  1. 8200 Germantown Avenue: motion to approve minor adjustments to the Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions as recommended by the LUPZ technical review subcommittee, and to notify the original negotiating group (recommendation from the Executive Committee)
  2. 8524 Germantown Avenue: variance for expansion of first floor in rear (referred from the Development Review Committee)
  3. Nomination/Approval of Budget and Finance Committee Members: Tony Reilly (Chair), Sue Beetle, Miguel Castaneda, Laura Lucas, Marilyn Paucker, Jane Piotrowski, Jean Wedgwood, and Nick Yzzi
