Man Hits Woman in Head with Gun, Police Say

Two recycling bins are also stolen.

Aggravated Assault: On April 28, at approximately 11:50 a.m., police received a report of an assault in the 800 block of East Vernon Road.  According to police, a woman got into a verbal disagreement with a man who then pulled out a gun and hit her in the head with it several times.

Burglary: On April 26, at approximately 7:18 p.m., police received a report of a burglary in the 6700 block of Musgrave Street.  According to police, the resident came home to find the side window of her home broken.  Nothing was stolen from the home except a few items of clothing.

Theft: On April 24, at approximately 12 p.m., police received a report of a theft in the 6400 block of Germantown Avenue.  According to police, two 35-gallon recycling bins were taken from the sidewalk outside the residence.
