Police Release Video of Stenton Avenue Robbery

The following information is provided by the Philadelphia Police Department.

The Philadelphia Police department is asking northwest city residents to be on the look out for a man suspected to be invovled in an alleged robbery at Dunkin Donuts on Stenton Avenue in Mt. Airy on September 6.

Police released the following information, as well as a video of the alleged incident, on YouTube on Sept. 28:

On Thursday September 6, 2012 at 4:45 pm an unknown male entered the Dunkin Donuts located at 8113 Stenton Avenue, approached the employee, and while keeping his hand in his pocket as if he had a gun, and stated, "give me the money". The employee gave the offender an unknown amount of money from the register. The offender then fled the store on foot, eastbound on Ellet Street.
