Police Blotter: Van Stolen from West Telner Street

Theft from auto … A man reported May 18, 12:07 p.m., that while he was parked in the McDonald’s parking lot, 7800 Germantown Ave., someone broke into his unlocked car, and his Android cell phone, valued at $600, was missing, police said.

Vehicle stolen … A man reported May 16, 4 p.m., that his 2008 white Dodge Caravan, with PA registration number HFZ0897, was taken from the 500 block of West Telner Street, along with $6,000 worth of tools left inside the vehicle, police said.

Theft from auto …  A man reported May 12, 1:40 p.m., that while he was parked on the 7600 block of Stenton Avenue, someone broke the passenger-side lock on his company car, and a GPS, assorted tools and a computer were taken, valued in total at $3,670, police said.
