Police Blotter: Three Burglaries Along Stenton

The following information has been supplied by the 14th District of the Philadelphia Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

Theft from auto … A woman reported May 28, 4 p.m., that while she was parked on the 100 block of West Bells Mill Road, someone entered her car, and a laptop, briefcase and debit card were missing, police said.

Burglary … A resident of the 7700 block of Stenton Avenue reported May 30, 3:30 a.m., that she discovered a bedroom window and two televisions were missing, police said.

Burglary … Police responded to a call on the 8300 block of Stenton Avenue May 30, 12:48 p.m., to find that a side door of a house kicked in, but the homeowner reported that nothing was missing, police said.

Theft … A resident of the 200 block of East Evergreen Avenue reported May 30 that a baby blue stroller had gone missing from outside of her home sometime in the last several weeks, police said.

Burglary … A resident of the 8400 block of Stenton Avenue reported May 25, 7 a.m., that while she was out of town, her landscaper told her that a rear sliding door was left open and a television and clock were missing, police said.

Theft from auto … A woman reported May 22, 8 p.m., that while she was parked on the 7700 block of Stenton Avenue, someone entered her car and her cell phone was missing, police said.
