Police Blotter: Golf Clubs Grabbed

Theft from auto … A woman reported Jan. 29, 4:15 p.m., that while she was parked on the 100 block of West Bells Mill Road, she had left her purse in her car, and later realized she did not have her bank cards, police said. According to police, her cards had been used for $1,000 in purchases at Lowe’s and Marshalls.

Theft from auto … A woman reported Feb. 1, 2:45 p.m., that while she was parked on the 8000 block of Cherokee Street, someone broke the front passenger window of her car, and a jacket, a purse and a wallet with credit cards and identification were taken, police said.

Theft from auto … A woman reported Feb. 4, 7 p.m., that while she was parked on the 7900 block of Crefeld Street, someone entered her car, and a set of golf clubs and a golf bag, valued at $1,200 were taken, police said.
