Phone Snatched from Man on Duval Street

A man flagged down police at the intersection of Stenton Avenue and Duval Street after he phone was stolen from him.

Then man told police that he was showing something on his phone to a friend when a separate man ran by, snatching the phone from him and running down the street.

Police stopped a man possibly involved in the incident, but the complainant was unsure if it was the individual in question.

The phone was a black iPhone 5, and police valued the phone at $400.
