There's Grinchy, and Then There is Grinchy: Our sole OMG PD entry this week comes from the Upper Main Line, where a woman is accused of stealing holiday tips left for trash collectors in Radnor and Tredyffrin.
According to the report on TE Patch, the woman was reported seen taking tips off of trash cans on Christmas Eve morning . Police eventually found a bag full of envelopes addressed to "trash guys" in her car. You can read the whole story here.
