Help ID Citizens Bank Robber

The robber is considered to be armed and dangerous.

The FBI and Philadelphia Police Department are asking for help to identify the man in these pictures they say robbed the Citizens Bank at 6324 Stenton Ave. and another bank in North Philadelphia this weekend.

The man entered the bank around 2:13 p.m. and handed a not to a teller demanding money police said. The man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash, apparently on foot, according to police.

  • Male
  • Late 30s to early 40s
  • Approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall
  • Medium build
  • Dark complexion
  • “Salt and pepper” beard
  • Wearing a black knit cap and a black leather jacket

Police believe the man who robbed the Citizens Bank also tried to rob a PNC Bank at 3244 North Broad Street in North Philadelphia on Saturday.

Police consider the man armed and dangerous.
