Ex-Boyfriend Steals Woman's Car at Gunpoint, Police Say

A woman's ex-boyfriend pulls a gun on her and steals her car.

An armed ex-boyfriend stole his girlfriend’s car from her at gunpoint the morning of June 3, in the 6600 block of Germantown Avenue, police said.

At around 7:50 a.m., on June 3, police received a report of a robbery in progress in the 6600 block of Germantown Avenue. 

When police arrived on the scene, a woman told the officers that her ex-boyfriend pointed a gun at her and made her get out of the vehicle, police said.

The ex-boyfriend then took the vehicle and fled southbound on Chew Avenue from the location, police said.

The woman then told police that she did not want further police involvement in the matter.

Police valued the stolen car at $5,000.
