Burglaries: A Medical Office and a Home

According to police, there were two burglaries in Chestnut Hill last week.

Between June 22 and 25 there were two burglaries in Chestnut Hill, according to police reports:

Hilltop Road: An employee of a medical office on the unit block of Hilltop Road reported June 22, 11:15 a.m., that she discovered that the office had been ransacked, police said. According to the report, file cabinet drawers had been left open, but nothing appeared to be missing.

Devon Street: A resident of the 7800 block of Devon Street reported June 25, 6 p.m., that she returned home after several days to find that her front door was open, and that a recycling bin had been pushed up against a window on the outside of the house, police said. According to police, a bedroom had been ransacked and a laptop was reported missing.
