Bullet Shatters Glass at Stenton Store, Police Say

Two woman fight over debit cards in a separate police report.

Burglary: On April 5, at approximately 8:40 p.m., police received a report of a burglary in the 8000 block of Stenton Avenue.  According to police, a woman told officers that the woman who lives in the apartment below her kicked in her front door, knocked her to the floor and punched her in the face.  The woman who did the punching, police say, claims that she attacked the woman because she stole her I.D. and debit cards.  The I.D. and credit cards were found on the scene, and police say that the attacker was also in possession of marijuana.

Aggravated Assault: On April 5, at approximately 12:38 a.m., police received a report of an assault in the 7100 block of Stenton Avenue.  According to police, a person was working in the store when an unknown person shot at the store shattering the glass to the store front door.  No injuries were reported.
