Blotter: Medical Files Missing

The following information has been supplied by the 14th District of the Philadelphia Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

Theft from auto ... A man reported July 15, 9 p.m., that his car was parked for three days on the 8800 block of Norwood Avenue, during which time someone pried open the door and sunglasses, a wallet, a GPS unit and $100 cash was missing, police said.

Theft from auto ... A man reported July 13, 7 a.m., that that someone broke the rear, driver-side window of his car while he was parked on the 8800 block of Norwood Avenue and a briefcase, credit cards, a computer server, iPod and work files were missing, police said.

Theft from auto ... A woman reported July 9, 2 a.m., that while she was parked on the unit block of Summit Street, someone entered the trunk of her car and took patient health charts from Public Health Management Corporation, medical supplies, $7 in cash and a digital pressure gauge were missing, police said.
