Blotter: Baby Formula and Peanuts Stolen

Theft … An employee of , 8835 Germantown Ave., reported Aug. 31, 2 p.m., that her purse was taken from the hospital and someone used her credit card to make a $40 purchase at Target, police said.

Theft from auto … A resident of the unit block of Norman Lane reported Aug. 29, 6:30 p.m., that someone broke the passenger-side window of his car while it was parked outside of his home and a wallet, with credit cards, drivers license and gift cards were missing, police said.

Retail theft … An employee of , 7700 Crittenden Street, reported Aug. 28, 4:15 p.m., that he saw a man take six cans of Gerber formula and a can of peanuts and attempt to leave the store without paying, police said.
