$500 Worth of Copper Piping Stolen, Police Say

A woman's house is also broken into in a separate police report.

Burglary: On April 3, at approximately 5:05 p.m., police received a report of a burglary in the 7200 block of Cresheim Road.  According to police, a woman left her home, and when she returned she noticed that the piano had been pushed away from the window on the first floor sun porch.  That window had been unlocked, police say, and there was no sign of forced entry.  Police say that a second floor bedroom had been ransacked, and the drawers had been taken out of the dresser.  It is unknown if anything was missing from the scene, police say.

Burglary: On April 2, at approximately 10:30 a.m., police received a report of a burglary in the 400 block of Montana Street.  Police say that $500 worth of copper piping were taken from a home that is owned by the bank.
