PROPERTY TAXES / JOBS / RECOVERY

Why are more businesses laying off employees and going bankrupt? Could it have anything to do with repressive and sabotaging tactics by some partisan state legislators to divert your attention away from a growing number of bipartisan cosponsors fighting to reduce your monthly expenses?
Why would some legislators prefer Pennsylvania's economy continue dragging itself along when a growing number of grassroots taxpayer advocacy groups and a growing number of bipartisan legislators are calling for a dramatic boom in your career prospects, your family's future, and the success of your endeavors?
The Property Tax Independence Act ( #HB76 #SB76 ) currently has 22 of 26 majority-needed state senator cosponsors and 91 of 102 needed representative legislators signed on board. This is a People's Bill because these are bipartisan lawmakers and the bill was created by the PCTA (Pennsylvania Coalition of Taxpayer Associations), a conglomerate of more than 60,000 members of 81 taxpayer advocacy groups from all walks of life across Pennsylvania.
Under HB76 / SB76 prospective buyers' and current homeowners' monthly mortgage payments are reduced by an average of $300.00 , allowing millions of more buyers to purchase and more owners to keep their homes, remodel, pay off loans sooner, etc.
Under HB76 / SB76 commercial property owners save even more than $300.00/month which, in turn, translates into more business concerns being able to stay in business, while others expand, remodel, hire more employees, etc.
Under HB76 / SB76 more than $13 billion dollars of disposable income is released into Pennsylvania's economy, revitalizing Construction, Real Estate, and every other industry NOT feeding off the bones of financial ruin.
