fraud alert/ mt airy track club

Middle aged black man in his 40's with a little white in his beard came knocking on my door around 6:45 pm on 9/26/13 on the 100 block of west mount pleasant avenue soliciting donations for mount airy track club........remembering hearing about a scam a year ago involving a scam that referred to itself as east mount airy track club with a similar incident at my front door i decided to tell him i'm not interested and shut the door on him....and...because he acted alone with no one looking like an athlete with him this seemed very obscure. I don't mind donating but w/o an athlete or someone who actually participates and looks fit I knew this was a scam...This gentleman also referred to himself by the name of Frank Thomas...If I'm wrong about this I will make a donation.
