Chestnut Hill Named One of Nation's Best Places to Trick-or-Treat

According to an article on Forbes.com, Chestnut Hill is the number one Philadelphia neighborhood for treat-gathering, and Philadelphia one of the top city's nation-wide.

They may not have factored snow into the decision, but now that much of the snow has melted, it's time to retire the snow shovels and break out this year's costume because Halloween is finally here.

And it could be argued that those youngsters getting ready to go door-to-door in Chestnut Hill are the among the luckiest in the nation. According to an article by Forbes.com, Philadelphia was rated one of the 10 best cities to trick-or-treat in, and Chestnut Hill was ranked as number one among all the city's neighborhoods.

The cities, the article stated, were not based on the amount of candy collected but by median home value, walkability, population density and crime rate.
