According to listings on AOL Real Estate, there are three open houses scheduled for the weekend of March 3 in the Chestnut Hill area.

The neighborhood’s highest-priced listing is 301 E Gravers Lane, which is going for $495,000.  

Those looking for a less expensive home might want to check out 7860 Devon Street, which is listed at $258,900.
