'Love Your Park' Hits the Northwest
A city-wide celebration of parks is coming to the Chestnut Hill - Mt. Airy area.
Lovers of the urban outdoors, rejoice.
A number of Roxborough and Manayunk-area parks will be part of Love Your Park, a city-wide celebration of the city's parks and public spaces.
The week-long celebration, which kicks off on May 11, will feature "service projects, fun events, educational programs, family activities, tours and more at over 100 parks throughout Philadelphia," according to its website.
