Program Hope Charity Ball

Program Hope will host a black-tie red carpet charity gala on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 7 p.m. at Golden Gates, 11058 Rennard Street, Philadelphia.  Proceeds of this event will benefit Program Hope’s initiatives in the Russian community to provide services to disabled youth, veterans, low income families, and abused women.
