Community Meeting Re: Dollar Tree/Save-a-Lot

This meeting, hosted by West Central Germantown Neighbors and GermantownCares.org, will address the commercilal development under construction at Pulaski Ave. and Chelten Ave.

Neigbors are concerned that this prime shopping location with upper scale residents surround it will be lost to a sub-part shopping experience.

Pulaski Partners, the developer, has closed a Fresh Grocer there and is building a Save-a-Lot and Dollar Tree "plaza."

There are many legal issues and millions in state funds which are involved in the deal.

Please attend if you woul like to see the Germantown commercial district improve from its sorry state at present. This is the last best chance for a "turn around."
